Wang & Li Associates are responsible for supporting the search case efforts of our Search Consultants, including responsibilities and involvement in candidate searches for our company clients, sourcing and pre-qualifying of new candidates, and other account servicing support activities.
Our Associate roles offer an excellent chance for highly motivated individuals who are interested in working closely with top-caliber consulting professionals to build their capabilities and skills in a fast growing, international-caliber environment.He or she will develop their knowledge/expertise in market and industry trends, organization functions, and business operations, as well as their capabilities in client servicing, customer support, and career advisory.
We have an excellent, proven training approach and environment to get new Associates up to speed in our company and industry, with the ultimate goal of developing them into top-caliber, professional Search Consultants in our industry.Rapid promotion opportunities are there for those who are able to demonstrate their capability and performance excellence.
Qualifications:
NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY.Those who would be most suited for this role would be:
Chinese professionals with 1-3 years working experience, preferably within an international company(s) or international-caliber environment.
Those with administrative, customer service, operations support, or research backgrounds are preferred, but not a must.
Mature, stable, professional, efficient and organized, an excellent communicator, a go-getter, self-initiated, hands-on, a fast learner, and have a curious mind.
Those who enjoy learning new things each day, enjoy supporting and helping others, appreciate a close/supportive team environment, and are able to perform well in both local Chinese and international-oriented situations.
Those who are willing to build up long-term career success, take high pressure and challenge, even tough working enviroment, and achieve remarkable results through execellent effort.
Good English is a must, both spoken and written.Associates can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
For Associates position, fresh graduates (bachelor or master degree) are also acceptable
